Required Documents
(I)Along with the Admission Certificate, it is compulsory to bring two passport size recent color photographs, original valid photo-ID proof having the date of birth and photo as printed on the Admission Card, such documents may be any out of:
- Aadhar Card / Printed e-Aadhaar,
- Voter ID Card
- PAN Card
- Driving License,
- Passport,
- ID Card issued by Registered University / College / Institute
- Employer ID Card (Govt / PSU),
- Ex-Serviceman Book issued by Ministry of Defence.
- Or any other ID Card bearing photo issued by the Central / State Government.
(II) In Case of Photo Identity Card (ID) does not have the date of birth printed on it then candidates must have to carry one additional original document (e.g. 10th / Matriculation Mark sheet certificate which one issued only by CBSE / ICSE / State Boards; Birth Certificate, Category / Cast Certificate) as proof of his / her date of birth. If you are not able to proof your date of birth as printed on Admit Card, you will not permit to enter then examination center.
(III) Any other will not allowed in the exam center & class room whereas document mentioned in the Admission Certificate, candidates must have to carried while appearing in the examination.
(IV) Application’s Photo must be clearly visible; if it has blurred photographs and/or signature will be rejected the candidature.
Admit Card Details
- After download GD Admit Card document be sure your Registration Id. Number, registered Email-ID and Mobile Number along with Name, date of birth and name of the examination, roll number are correct and well informed. If there is any miss or incorrect entry while addressing any communication to the commission. The examiner can prevent due to furnishing these particulars.
- Admission Certificate downloading facility for the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be openly available for 3-7 days before the examination on the website of concerned Regional Office. Also, the facility for downloading of Admission Certificate for PET / PST and Medical Examination (DME / RME) will be made available on the website of CRPF about 2 weeks prior the test concerned. Candidate must bring printout of the Admission Certificate to the Examination Hall.
- In case of inability to download Admit Cards for PST / PET and DME / RME from the official website of CRPF, aspirants should contact to the CRPF helpline number at least one week before PET / PST or DME / RME exam day. In case of non-receipt of Admit Cards PET / PST and Medical Examination, applicants may contact at CRPF recruitment helpline number 011-26160255.
Exam Details
- Candidate’s Admission Certificates for the COMPUTER BASED EXAMINATION will be issued online on the websites of concerned Regional office of the commission and Medical Examination (DME / RME), will be issued by CRPF on its relevant website i.e. http://crpf.gov.in.
- Candidates are therefore advised to regularly visit the website of the commission headquarters (i.e. https://ssc.nic.in), CRPF and concerned Regional Office of the Commission under whose jurisdiction the examination centers opted by the applicants are located (details at para-10.1).
- Information about the Examination indicating the time table and city / Centre of examination for the candidates will be uploaded on the websites of the concerned Regional Office of the Commission for two weeks before the date of examination.
- If any aspirants do not find his details on the website of the Commission one week before the date of examination, he must immediately contact the concerned Regional Office of the Commission with proof of having submitted his application. Failure to do so will deprive him of any claim for consideration.
Admission to the Examination (Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2022)
- All the registered candidates who application is provisionally accepted and found to be in order by the Commission as per the term and conditions of this Notice of Examination against to this advertisement by the closing date and time, board assigned Roll Numbers and issued Admission Certificate (AC) for appearing in the CBT (Computer Based Examination). Similarly, shortlisted candidates will be issued Admission Certificate for next stages of the Examination.
- Admission Certificate for all stages of examination will be issued through only online mode. Commission / Board have no responsibility to send Admission Certificate by post. Therefore, all candidates are informed and advised to visit the website of SSC-HQ, SSC-Regional Office concerned and CRPF regularly for any update on the recruitment process.
- The Examiner will not undertake detailed scrutiny of applications for eligibility and other aspects at the time of Computer Based Online Examination and PET / PST. Candidates will be approved only provisionally. For final selection candidates must to go through all the recruitments of educational qualification, age, physical and medical standards etc. and full fill themselves that they are eligible for the post. If any claim made in the registration is not found substantiated when scrutiny is undertaken, the candidature will be cancelled and the commission’s decision shall be final.
